 - Solution analysis, integrations and projects related to WCDMA OSS

JAKARTA: Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia (BRTI) melalui surat No. 041/2008 menginstruksikan agar penyelenggara telekomunikasi menghentikan layanan SMS berhadiah khususnya yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan poin terbanyak/tertinggi.

Ketua BRTI Basuki Yusuf Iskandar menandaskan hal tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka menjalankan UU Telekomunikasi No. 36/1999 guna membangun industri telekomunikasi yang sehat dan berkesinambungan.

Edaran yang dikeluarkan BRTI tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut dari hasil pertemuan Forum Rapat Bersama Tim Pertimbangan dan Pengawasan Undian Gratis Berhadiah (PP-UGB) pada 6 Maret 2008 bersama Departemen Sosial menegnai SMS undian berhadiah tersebut.

“Dari hasil pertemuan itu didapat kesimpulan bahwa tim melarang layanan SMS berhadiah dengan pertimbangan hadiah dan mekanismenya tidak dapat dideteksi lebih dulu,” tutur Basuki.

Selain itu, katanya, layanan tersebut juga banyak dipengaruhi pesertanya sendiri dan merugikan masyarakat daripada manfaatnya karena mendorong pengguna untuk mengirim SMS sebanyak-banyaknya. Layanan SMS berhadiah juga bertentangan dengan Fatwa MUI mengenai SMS Haram.

Penanggung jawab Tim PP-UGB adalah Menteri Sosial di mana anggota-anggotanya terdiri dari kalangan Depsos, Kepolisian RI, Departemen Hukum dan HAM, Departemen Agama, Kejaksaan Agung, MUI, YLKI, dan Depkominfo.(api)

Jakarta - Sudah jadi nasib ‘ramalan’, selalu dicerca tapi dirindu. Meski banyak yang tidak memperdulikan ramalan, namun banyak juga yang percaya. Karena itulah iklan ramalan Ki Joko Bodo lewat SMS cukup laris.

Dalam dua pekan, sebanyak 70 ribu SMS meminta jasa Ki Joko Bodo. SMS itu datang berkat iklan supranatural lewat SMS premium yang dibintangi pria nyentrik itu di berbagai televisi. Iklan itu oleh Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia (KPI) diminta distop.

“Sudah ada 70.000 SMS dalam dua minggu. Sehari tayang di lima stasiun televisi,” ujar paranormal Ki Joko Bodo dalam perbincangan dengan detikINET Jumat (11/4/2008).

Pria yang kerap berpakaian serba hitam itu mengaku tidak rugi meski iklan tersebut diminta dihentikan penayangannya oleh KPI. Alasan KPI, iklan Ki Joko Bodo mengabaikan nilai agama karena menjanjikan dapat mengubah nasib orang.

Ki Joko Bodo menuturkan, iklan tersebut merupakan inisiatif dirinya. Sebab sekarang sudah menjadi tradisi iklan di televisi. “Tapi saya tidak mempunyai kepentingan apa-apa. Eksistensi Joko Bodo tetap di bidang spiritual,” kata dia.

Pria berambut acak-acakan ini juga tidak akan mempermasalahkan pemberhentian iklan tersebut. “Ya cuek saja, kenapa harus dipermasalahkan,” ujarnya.

“Pemerintah sekarang apa legitimate. Jangan suka mengurusi masyarakat bawah. Urus saja orang yang korupsi,” kilah Ki Joko Bodo.
