Our Client, a leading Telecoms Consultancy, requires a Core Project Manager. The Role: Prepare and follow up the project implementation plan Identify, record, follow up and prepare corrective actions for all dependencies Communicate and escalate all implementation discrepancies against the implementation plan to Program Manager Provide regular project status reports and project documentation Assist Project Control team for the preparation of relevant reports Coordinate with concerned departments for the delivery of the implementation activities Participate in progress meetings with other concerned departments (Design, O&M, Planning, IT, etc) Participate in project meetings with Vendors to review the project progress and dependencies Ensure that all relevant databases are updated on time and accurate To provide technical support in his field of Core Network specialization. To receive and perform the assigned tasks as directed by the Program Manager Experience/Knowledge: Minimum 5 years experience with either a telecom equipment vendor or an operator University Degree Experience with SDH, DWDM equipment. Synchronization experience is considered a plus. Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager. A PMI certification is considered a plus Essential soft skills: Team work, Communication skills and knowledge transfer capability Experience with writing reports and preparing presentation.    [view full job]
