Job description:
You will provide advanced customer support services.
Your expertise will be a key contribution to the client’s OBS team.
With your proven competence, you will provide timely solutions to day to day customer queries, help meet the customer SLAs.
You will also be in involved in diverse projects, such as MVI integration, acceptance tests, commissioning and upgrade activities in customer network.
As a IN engineer, you have a high aptitude to learn new skills.
3-4 years of experience working with Charge@once or @vantage products, IN services, Tariff system is preferred though not mandatory.
Experience in SUN admin, HW and SW O&M, TCP/IP, SS7
You will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in telecommunications, data communications or engineering degree.
