Here is the job description :
We are looking for 3 GSM Senior Radio Optimization engineers to work for our projects in Hochiminh city now for at least 1 year. Below is the competence requirements for the positions:
Main responsibilities
- Leading the local 2G radio optimization team.
- Main responsibilities to discuss with customers on KPIs, scope of work, responsibility matrix etc.
- Support PM to prepare optimization time plan
- Report preparation
- Knowledge transfer, competence build up for local team via workshop, seminar or on job training.
And here is the competence requirements, the consultant must have:
- Senior consultant with more than 5 years experience in GSM tuning.
- Have experience tuning FLP 1/1 multiband network & able to create frequency plan, HSN plan, Maio plan from TCPU.
- Highly experience tuning Multiband cell, LOL parameter, FBOFFSET parameter, Cell load sharing parameter. (This is very important, as current & previous resource lack this criteria.)
- Deep knowledge on GSM KPI counters & Statistics. Candidates must be able to convince customer to review their KPI formula suits for Multiband network, as the current formula is quite misleading.
- Have experienced preparing DT(Data Transcript) for radio network parameter changes.
- Deep knowledge on Business Object tools. (How to modify KPI formulas, how to activtes missing counters in BO).
Add on skills :-
- Have experience on end to end network trouble shooting. (Based on the feedback from previous consultant, most of the time the KPI degradation was due to Hardware Fault or Transmission fault, Synchronization Cable Faulty).
- Knows how handle and interperate MRR,NCS,FAS recording results.
As we discussed I will forward your CV to the client for the Radio Network Planning on 12 months contract upon your confirmation.
I will let the client know the client that you are available immediately (1st of July) and you will accept a monthly rate of 5000 USD , we pay for the flights, the accomodation and the local transport.
