Job Description:
 
Responsible for site construction/installation planning including site surveys, site documentation, material list, construction/installation procedures and support to service suppliers and or partner in line with Site Design standards in NSN customer project.

Main Responsibility Areas:
Responsible for the site design quality, cost and timely rollout volume commitments

Site design work:
• Carry out related site surveys required and receive SA and permitting documentation from SA.
• Review and approve site specific drawings (site lay out + equipment installation drawings) from service suppliers and or partner.
• Responsible for construction/installation planning, site layout design and materials list and others documents in accordance with customer requirements, NSN standards & Guideline and local rules and regulations.
• Ensure site design activities and quality meet project requirements and targets
Customer interface
• Participates customer project meetings as required by project manager
 
Service supplier (or partner) interface:
• Communicates Model site standard design & details to service supplier teams and provide needed construction/implementation documentations, instructions and support to service suppliers.
• Supports in providing training as required.
• Ensures adequate Quality designing of service supplier teams and follow up the service supplier performance.
• Reviews site specific design (CW+TI) prepared by service supplier teams, send them for Customer approval.
• Co-ordinates site design and construction works site deployment activities with SA, CW and TI teams in zone.
Cooperation with other functions
• Cooperate with network planning, SA, CW and TI to ensure the roll out according to the project plan.
• Provides all drawings required to SA, CW and TI.
• Ensures all local issues are considered and NSN standards and guidelines are followed.
 
Business Unit Description:
‘Design’ represents one of seven ’service lines’ within ‘Service Business Line Network Engineering/Site Engineering’ (SBL NI/SE).
