JOB SPEC:
 
Business Objects experience
Front Office Support Team OSS System Administrator ( OSS-RC) is responsible for the operation and Maintenance and stability of the network elements assigned to them.
Responsible for the OSS-RC System and Applications including area of Configuration Management (CM), Fault Management (FM) and Performance Management (PM).
Responsible for perform preventive maintenance and routine activities (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) such as system backup, health check, etc.
Support advanced troubleshooting in the OSS-RC System and Applications.
Work and follow up with 2nd line and Escalation system for problem needs to be escalated.
Responsible for the modification of existing OSS routines, creation of new and temporary routines as well as follow up.
Handle all internal alarms in OSS-RC applications.
Responsible for Node Integration and HW/SW upgrade supervising.
Responsible for KPI reporting creation, modification and troubleshooting through Business Objects application.
Responsible for handling of Trouble Ticket, Change Request and Work Order in OSS-RC scope.
