Tangent International are currently looking for an Ericsson Utran Engineer,
for an Urgent 6 Month project in Mexico.
The rate is of around $10000 depending on experience.

Knowledge
Strong experience in UTRAN
Good knowledge on UMTS OSS
P5 competence highly preferred
Scope of Work:
To assist/support the Optimization team for the UMTS
Data fill (RNC and NodeB) – input all relevant RF and TN parameters for RNC
and NodeB (with input from Optimization team)
To work in the activation of various UMTS features (RNC, NodeB)
Run NEXPLORER in order to do parameter sanity checks for NodeB and RNC
Input all RNC and NodeB parameter changes requested by the Optimization
team
To identify if any alarms on NodeB/RNC and if present help clear them or
identify root cause
To activate and manage RNO tools (e.g. NCS, MRR)
To work in the activation of GPEH and collection of GPEH information
To activate and manage UETR, CTR and also RNC traces (optional – assist in
analyzing traces)
Initial Tuning and Optimization of the network Knowledge transfer to local
engineers.
