The main points for the scope in Sudan are as follows:
Technical support forradio team.
Top worst cells list with actions needed on network level on daily basis.
Drive test post processing for Khartoum main roads with actions needed on
weekly basis.
Traffic study on network level to decrease the HR penetration and to
upgrade congested cells.
Paging study on network level to improve the paging success and paging
load.
Assisting MTN Radio team in Frequency plan for one BSC to improve the main
KPIs.
Analyses for Inter MSC & BSC handovers to improve Inter MSC & BSC HO IC &
OG Efficiency.
Setting parameters values for handover from 2G Alcatel to 3G Ericsson.
Setting GPRS & EDGE parameters values for new cells and BSCs connected via
ATER VSAT.
Study for GPRS & EDGE parameters to increase throughput.
