Nokia Skilled CS Rel 4 Planners

I have a possible contract that you might be interested in working. I am looking for 2 Nokia Skilled CS Rel 4 Planners for a contract in the Middle East, for 2 months extendible. USD Rate plus Accommodation and inland transport.
-       MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the on-time delivery of Rel04 mobile core network planning in a network including all systems used in the project, the physical allocation of these systems as well as all traffic related interconnections within the network according to Quality of Service (QoS) defined in ND scope. Main Responsibility:
-Nominal and Detailed Rel04 mobile core Network Design.
-CS Capacity and Routing plan requirements and definition.
-Final core NE configuration and dimensioning definition.
-Data Fill for NSN Rel04 Switches.
Key Tasks:
-Rel04 Mobile Core Network design Topology, Capacity & Dimensioning MSS/MGW, routing and signaling. OSS dimensioning and design is a plus .
-Define Rel04 mobile core NE HW Configuration (MSS and MGW) and logical interconnection.
-Coordinate with the IP & transmission group for the Rel04 Mobile Core network traffic requirement and interface toward IP and TDM network.
-Define number of connections required to PLMN\PSTN\IP service provider.
-Collect from the customer relevant data for detail planning (Data Fill)
-Performs final Core NE design and configuration (Data Fill) to facilitate completion of a Rel04 mobile core NE implementation and integration work without delay.
-Update mobile core information on common the project database.
-Follows NSN ND defined procedures and protocols..
