I am contacting you with regards to new contracts available with Ericsson in Asia and Europe
 
To perform an automatic collecting of reporting data on KPI system from OSS system according to given periodic plan. Extensive knowledge in Business Object  application, report/template creating, statistic collection. Providing with the benchmarking data on KPIs between Customer’s 2G/3G network and other operators’ networks using Ericsson 2G/3G equipment. Follow and analyze the tendencies of KPIs changes. In case the KPIs are outside agreed values, notify corresponding departments and give recommendations on problems solving. Analyzing the statistical data from equipment trouble reporting and searching for the equipment performing below the quality requirements. With the required details level explain to Customer’s personnel the outcomes, received in the reporting analysis process, and propose the necessary activities to bring the quality parameters to acceptable levels.
