Tahun 2008 segera berakhir, banyak cerita dan kesuksesan rencana kita mudah – mudahan sudah tercapai di tahun 2008 ini dan tinggal menentukan rancana dan target kita di tahun 2009.

Di tahun ini juga masih menjadi tahun keemasan bagi para engineer – engineer profesional telco kita dimana para operator, vendor, dan subcon – subcon masih banyak menggelontorkan project – project nya. Setidak nya dampak krisis global masih kecil pengaruhnya.

Beberapa minggu yang lalu gw melakukan survey kecil – kecilan ke beberapa temen gw yang di operator, vendor, maupun di agent atau subkon. Mungkin survey ini kurang valid tapi setidaknya bisa memberi gambaran berapa rata – rata gaji engineer di Indonesia jika di operator, vendor, maupun di subkon. Mari kita lihat hasil nya?
