My client is searching for Senior 2G/3G RF Manager to lead a team of RF Optimization Engineers.

You will have experience in managing a team of RFoptimization engineers.

·

You will have Minimum 5 years of experience in management and in GSM/GPRS/EDGE Radio Network Design and Optimization.

·

Minimum 1 years of experience in WCDMA/UMTS Radio Network Design

·

Good knowledge performing RF site survey, Coding plan, parameters.

·

Knowledge of RF planning tools.

·

Cell site planning and site selection skills.

·

Knowledge in Design & Optimization parameters for WCDMA.

·

Experience in management of junior engineers

·

You

Should be very familiar with the complete set of Ericsson feature sets like CLS, HCS, HR, MBC, Power Control, AMR, Locating algorithms, Assignment to another Cell, MAIO management, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS

·

You Should be very familiar with Ericsson Stats measurement tolls like Business Object, Statics, NetIQ, R-PMO and TEMS Investigation / Visualization , Traffic and Event Measurements, Cell Traffic Recording

You will be in charge of:

Managing a team of RF engineers and represent my client.

·

Perform Radio Frequency Investigation,

·

Definition of RF parameters, Azimuth, Tilt, Power, Neighboring Relations.

·

Keeping acceptable levels of KPI’s for RF parameters in WCDMA/UMTS network

·

Coding Planning.

·

Knowledge about Knowledge MapInfo, Businesses Object, WinFiol, TEMS investigation, visual Basic, TEMS Cell Planer Universal , and OSS, Alex, XCAL/XCAP

The company is going to provide you with: flights+ accommodation + local transport+ medical insurance+ one month holiday per every working year
