Motorola Experienced GSM RNO Engineer Contract

Our client is looking urgently for Motorola experienced Radio Network Optimization engineer with the criteria below:
At least 3 years experience working on design and/or optimisation of Motorola 2G networks
Sound knowledge of Motorola BSS functionality, parameters and parameter optimisation on improve network performance
Experienced in Manual and Automatic Frequency planning.
Ideally experienced in Motorola IOS
The RNO engineer must be able to work on performance improvement through several KPIs set by the customer.
