Position 5 : -Network Analyst for Technology Media and Telecom has been published.
The Job Description is as follows: NETWORK ANALYST
• Candidate is expected to have the required skills as mentioned in the skill sets, where he would be working in co-ordination with GSMC Mysore, where he would be providing the Hands and Feet Support for GSMC.
• His expertise would also be required when there would be physical intervention required/Vendor co-ordination, when there would be hardware failure
• His expertise would be required when interacting with the application/server owners, in terms of understanding their new requirement if any/ changes/enhancement to the existing environment
• Candidate should work closely with GSMC team and ensure all the critical parameter’s are being and taken care at regular intervals and escalate incase of disconnect.
Skills: Candidate is required to have Good co-ordination and follow-up skills.
Performing router, switch, reconfiguration Provide End to End Support for all the Switches – L2 Ensuring the active ports are working properly. In case of a failure provide a workaround by immediately activating other Port and subsequently get the hardware repaired / replaced.
